Meet the Dental Team at Davis & Langefeld Family Dental
Audrey- Front Office Administrator
Audrey is usually the first person you will meet here. She loves welcoming our patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. The opportunity to meet and connect with each patient is something she really enjoys about our office. Navigating dental insurance and financial plans are some of her strengths. We know insurance and finances for dental treatment can seem complicated and overwhelming at times. She will gladly answer any questions and help to arrange a plan that works for you!
Audrey is originally from central Illinois, graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and was in Marching Illini there. She enjoys spending time with her partner Austin, and their cats Ezra and Jinx. She likes to crochet, hike, run, and go to concerts in her free time.
Denisse- Dental Assistant
Denisse has been working in the dental field for over a decade and loves the fact that there is always more to learn in dentistry! She started as an assistant, then worked in front office administration, and is now happy to be chairside with spending more time with patients again. She really enjoys working in our dental lab, perfecting the crowns and dental appliances we make for our patients.
Denisse was born and raised in Des Plaines. She has a son and fur-baby girl, a Doberman named Ruby. She loves coffee, travel, and crafting!
Sandy- Dental Assistant
Sandy has years of experience as a highly trained dental assistant and front desk receptionist. Patients appreciate her gentle and compassionate chairside manner. She enjoys answering any questions and helping patients maintain their dental health.
Sandy values quality time with her husband, two boys and baby girl. She enjoys spending time outdoors and playing with her two dogs Rocco and Bella, and cat Luna.
Jane – Registered Dental Hygienist
Jane’s number one priority is her patients’ oral health, so in addition to providing cleanings and placing sealants, she also offers personalized education for effective home hygiene. Having good oral health is also vital to overall wellness, so she makes sure her patients understand why keeping their mouth clean is so important.
Her free time is spent with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys hiking, playing Bunco, bowling, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers! (She maintains a healthy rivalry with Dr. Langefeld, who is a big Bears fan. You can feel free to give her a hard time, too!)
Savannah- Registered Dental Hygienist
Savannah graduated from the College of Lake County Dental Hygiene Program in 2015 where she was awarded the Dedication to Learning and Advancement Award. She loves to stay up to date on the latest technology and techniques for her patients to achieve optimal oral health. Her goal is to make each patient feel comfortable providing gentle, quality care. She loves getting to know her patients and building trust in those relationships so that they enjoy their visits here.
When she is out of the office, Savannah enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. She loves traveling and making memories with friends and family. She has two children and two dogs with her husband, Damion.
Deni- Registered Dental Hygienist
Deni has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She attained her dental lab technician degree in Bulgaria and worked as a lab tech before deciding to become a dental hygienist. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Harper College in 2014. She is passionate about dentistry, strives for excellence, and truly enjoys guiding and helping our patients with their dental needs.
Outside of work, Deni enjoys biking, yoga, and cooking. She loves spending time with her husband, baby girl Mattea, and dog Ori.
Geri- Registered Dental Hygienist
Geri provides our patients with preventive care to help them keep a healthy mouth for a lifetime. While educating her patients is an important aspect of her job, she appreciates learning from them as well. She loves that every patient is different and getting to know each one is a treat for her. In our office, patients are treated like family with nothing but the highest quality care and results.
Geri and her husband, Rob, enjoy spending time with their children and wonderful grandchildren. Her time outside the office is spent in Jazzercise, walking, gardening, baking cookies, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes!
